Porto-Vecchio nightlife during the peak season can be described as “relaxed chic”, having gained a reputation for lively sophistication without being overly frenetic. Out of season it transforms back into a fairly low-key coastal town.
There is one nightclub in The Old Town, and on the southern outskirts of Porto-Vecchio is the famous and very stylish outdoor nightclub, Via Notte.
During July and August, Porto-Vecchio’s nightlife really takes off, transforming the town into a hip and stylish place to be seen.
Dressed-to-impress Italians flood the town for pre-clubbing drinks, prior to partying at the famous Via Notte open air nightclub south of Porto-Vecchio. Bars usually open until 2am, clubs until 5am.
Outside of summer, Porto-Vecchio has a fairly low key, mostly café-based nightlife.
